The Cartridge Universe Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on this Website.
We recommend you read our Returns Policy carefully prior to placing an order and retain a copy of these terms and your order so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges and Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
We recommend you immediately examine Goods delivered to you to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage or fault and that the Goods received match the order you placed.
Returns
If any goods purchased from us are damaged, lost in transit, incorrect or faulty, simply return it to us in the condition that you received and we will happily refund or replace at our sole discretion.
Our products come with a full 100% guarantee, so should a product you purchased from us be faulty, damaged (through no fault of your own) or simply not fit for use in your printing device, we will refund it or exchange it within 30 days.
All claims must be accompanied with the product in its original packaging and the purchase invoice. Make a call or visit to the Cartridge Universe store where you purchased the product.
Returning Goods
Goods purchased from this website can be returned to your nominated Cartridge Universe Store or by post.
Please ensure you contact your nominated Cartridge Universe Store before returning any items to obtain a return authorization. You must inform us of your invoice number. We will then supply you with a returns authorization number.
It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession until they reach Cartridge Universe.
When returning your purchase we ask that you provide a Proof of Purchase (Order Confirmation Email) and where possible the goods in original unopened packaging.
Once received back, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be made via your original payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) business days.
Delivery Charges
Any goods replaced under the Returns Policy due to being damaged, faulty or incorrect (under no fault of your own) will be delivered to you free of charge.
